The Marantz Pro MPM1000 is what I would consider one of the best XLR microphones for under $50! I love these microphones and currently use 2 of them with a Zoom H6 audio recorder to record podcasts and various other vocal / spoken tracks.
All the audio for this video was recorded directly into the Zoom H6 without any post production tweaks at all – even though I mention liking to bump up the bass and mid tones a little in post production usually… For this review, I left it unprocessed and straight out of the mic.
