So I’ve been thinking of ways to test the active tracking features of the DJI Osmo Pocket…and came up with this as a test.
It’s a little goofy, but fun too!
I set up the Osmo Pocket on a mini tripod on my desk and then tethered it to the iPhone using a USB-C to Lightning adapter contraption (see prior videos). I then was using the iPhone to active track a few different YouTube videos being played back.
It’s kind of cool, and I’m actually surprised in a few of the scenarios how well the active tracking did!
I don’t know how “real world” this is – but it’s a pretty short video.
